No money no food!

Okay this sucks big time. We are supposed to eat healthy right. Well all the healthy foods cost so much more. No wonder Americans are getting obese! We can't afford to eat the good stuff. I bet most of us don't even realize it either. I know I didn't. I didn't and still really don't get reading all these food labels. Whole wheat, whole grain on the packaging, but check and make sure it could be a slight exaggeration on the part of the seller! What the heck is that all about is that even legal? I can't stand it. In a family of 4 with only one income money is tight! Things are not right! I don't know what to do about it, but it still sucks!
